El Barrio Art Fest 2006
IPRAC invites Puerto Rican/Latino curators and artists in all disciplines to participate in this year festival. Guidelines and application can be downloaded visiting http://www.iprac.org/ and link El Barrio Art Fest web page.
On Saturday, August 19, 2006 The Institute for Puerto Rican Arts & Culture in Chicago will present the 3rd Annual “El Barrio Art Fest”, a multidisciplinary community arts and educational festival showcasing Puerto Rican visual artists, craft makers, graphic and fashion designers, musicians, performers, poets, video/filmmakers and more. “El Barrio Art Fest” is a one-day cultural festival presenting the currents and diverse art production of Puerto Rican and Latino artists whose work relates to issues affecting the Puerto Rican and Humboldt Park community.
All submissions are due by deadline
