	Best of Manchester Awards 2009 – now open for entries Now in their third year; the annual awards celebrating innovation in art, music and fashion are now open. Any artists, musicians or designers who live or work in Greater Manchester can enter, and stand a chance of winning £2,000, an exhibition at Urbis and a 12-month professional development package.
